Paul Croasdale grew up in coastal west Wales. After spending his early years surfing, Paul swapped his wetsuit for a chef’s jacket. Paul has a wide culinary experience working in some of the UK’s most noted restaurants including Inishir Hall, Michael Wignall at the Latymer and London restaurants, Texture and as head chef at Jason Atherton’s Berners Tavern. Paul joined the team at Alyn Williams at the Westbury in February 2017. He leads the team with talent and energy
