Vincenzo Mancinelli discovered his love for the hospitality industry whilst working at Le Pont De La Tour, where he began his career. Vincenzo then joined the opening team of Alyn Williams at The Westbury in 2011 as a Chef de rang. Eager to learn, his southern Italian personality and extreme enthusiasm for both food and service was a perfect addition to Alyn’s restaurant. He has since progressed to the role of Restaurant Director.
